Cambodia Adventure Tours – Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Confirmation
1.1 All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or authorized travel agents.
1.2 A booking is confirmed only after receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking.
1.3 Prices and availability are subject to change until confirmation is received.

2. Payments
2.1 A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the balance due before the tour departure date.
2.2 Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
2.3 Failure to pay the balance on time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1 Cancellation by the customer must be made in writing.
3.2 Refunds are subject to the following schedule:

More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fees.

15–30 days before departure: 50% refund.

Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
3.3 Cambodia Adventure Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to insufficient participants, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers may choose an alternative tour date or a full refund.

4. Changes to Itinerary
4.1 Cambodia Adventure Tours reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the itinerary for operational reasons, weather, or local conditions.
4.2 Significant changes will be communicated in advance, and customers may opt for an alternative tour or a full refund.

5. Travel Documents and Visa
5.1 Customers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and travel insurance.
5.2 Cambodia Adventure Tours is not liable for denied entry due to invalid documents or failure to meet immigration requirements.

6. Health and Safety
6.1 Customers must disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations before the tour.
6.2 Participants are responsible for their own safety and are expected to follow the instructions of guides and local authorities.
6.3 Cambodia Adventure Tours is not responsible for injuries or accidents resulting from reckless behavior or failure to follow safety guidelines.

7. Liability
7.1 Cambodia Adventure Tours acts as an agent for transportation, accommodation, and activity providers.
7.2 We do not accept liability for loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, political events, or natural disasters.
7.3 Customers are encouraged to obtain travel insurance covering personal injury, theft, and trip cancellation.

8. Personal Belongings
8.1 Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.
8.2 Cambodia Adventure Tours is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to luggage or personal items.

9. Photography and Media
9.1 Cambodia Adventure Tours may take photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes.
9.2 Customers who do not wish to be photographed should notify the tour guide in advance.

10. Governing Law
10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
10.2 Any disputes arising from bookings or tours will be subject to the jurisdiction of Cambodian courts.
